Heardle Hub is provided as-is and as-available, free of charge, for personal, non-commercial use. We make no warranties about uptime, accuracy of song metadata, availability of audio previews, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Daily puzzles, audio playback, artwork, and external links may go offline or change without notice. By using the site you agree that we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of it.

You agree not to:

• Scrape audio previews, redistribute the underlying media, or attempt to bypass the API rate limits of the third-party services that power playback.
• Reverse-engineer the site to circumvent the daily-puzzle rotation or share a day’s answers in a way that spoils other players in real time.
• Use Heardle Hub for any purpose that violates the laws of your jurisdiction or the terms of service of the upstream platforms (Apple, SoundCloud, Wikimedia, Unsplash).

Otherwise: play, share your results, build streaks, link to puzzles, tell your friends — all encouraged.

“Heardle” is a trademark of Spotify AB. Heardle Hub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Spotify, Apple, SoundCloud, Wikimedia, Unsplash, or any artist or rights holder featured on the site. All artist names, song titles, and album titles are used for the purpose of identifying the music being referenced (nominative fair use).

If you are a rights holder (or an authorised representative) and believe a specific song should not be in our daily rotation, email us with the following information and the track will be removed within five business days:

• The exact song title and artist credit as it appears here.
• The URL of the puzzle or page where it appears.
• A statement of the rights you hold and whether you’re acting on behalf of yourself or a client.

Note: we do not host audio. Audio is streamed from Apple’s and SoundCloud’s public APIs. If your concern is with the stream itself, the upstream platform’s takedown process will remove it from our site automatically.
